Bundle All the Babies
As part of our celebration of gratitude this season, we are launching our drive, which we have lovingly named, "Bundle All the Babies."
The winter and holiday season comes with fun, laughter, and family for most, but can also be a trying time for families in need. Through "Bundle All the Babies" we are aiming to help provide coats and blankets to those that need a little extra help to keep our babies happy, healthy, and warm. All donations will be benefiting two awesome Frederick based organizations, the Heartly House and CareNet. The Heartly House provides comprehensive services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. CareNet, the pregnancy center of Frederick, is a place for women to find the help and resources they need during pregnancy. These organizations are committed to supporting our community and are looking forward to providing women and children with your generous donations.
We are collecting coats and winter accessories, as well as blankets for infants and children through age five. We are excited to have partnered with Avenue West, Thomas & Co, and Roots and River Yoga to serve as locations to leave your donations. These awesome businesses have graciously opened their doors to help us help our community. Drop off new, or gently used items at any of the locations during business hours. We will also be bringing back our Stork Drops! We will announce times that you can find us to personally deliver your items to FMD and maybe share a coffee with us too!
The drive will begin Monday November 13th, and run through December 11th, ending in time to provide these items as a holiday surprise and blessing to these families.
